· Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company policies. Responsible for cleanliness of work station, machine appearance, and floor surrounding the work station
· Sets aside parts that do not meet specifications
· Regrinds or disposes of scrap
· Prepares necessary paperwork
· Responsible for filling out In-Process Inspection Card and assuring process is running acceptable quality level parts
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be able to stand for the full shift. Sitting may be allowed in some cases in hold area, re-work area, or pre-approved work area - this will be approved by EHS and Senior Production Manager only. There may be some bending.
· Mental alertness to change in quality of product, and to call for assistance when needed
· Ability to keep up with a moderate-speed conveyor line
· Manual dexterity required
· Ability to lift 35 pounds infrequently

JOB FUNCTION:
Pulls orders accurately and prepares orders for prompt shipment
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Moves mass production parts from final audit to designated finished goods location
• Takes parts from finished goods inventory to staging area per pick list
• Scans and checks prepared parts
• Uses tow motors and hand carts to move and load parts
• Notifies supervisor of shortage of parts
• Packages and/or wraps orders
• Load and unload trailers and put away empty containers

Kamco, an OEM for the auto industry, and state-of-the-art plastic processing facility located in West Unity, Ohio, is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
Injection Molding Die Setter/Tool Setup. Candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience in injection molding. Must perform all tool changes and machine setup within the cell including robot setup, line setup and start-up of machines. Will perform checks on presses and tooling at the beginning of each shift. Responsible for troubleshooting and processing of injection molding machinery and sub-equipment. Must maintain a clean and safe working environment. Must be willing to work any shift and overtime. Knowledge of robotics beneficial.

JOB FUNCTION:
Identify and organize material, and to supply material to presses within designated cell as needed
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Keeps material storage area clean and organized
• Eliminates partial gaylords when possible. Use partials up before opening new gaylord (WI09-65)
• Keeps material supplied to presses
• Weighs and labels material properly after each change prior to putting gaylord away
• Identifies correct material to be used for each part (WI09-166)
• Performs material checks at the beginning of the shift
• Maintains grinders: cleaning, emptying regrind, changing grinder during material change, and maintaining the grinder in working condition (WI09-06)
• Maintains dryers and material systems: cleaning, changing during material change, and maintaining in working order
• Check all filters for dryers and material systems daily
• Maintains clean and safe working environment in line with company policies; responsible for cleanliness of shop floor and work area
• Assists in giving breaks to operators if needed (WI09-54)

Manages and coordinates the progress related to the development of new models and accessory functions specific to new models assigned. Supervises and coordinates the overall development schedule and activities for the programs they are controlling with responsibility of the main direct communication to the customer related to new model activity.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Issues new model maturation plan (SAP) prior to PA-2 (NMR 2) timing and continues update throughout the program.
• Follows up with Assistant Manager (NM Tooling) and other departments for the maturation status for all items related to the development and overall status of parts from internal and customer concerns until completed during new model development.
• Main in charge of NMR preparation, with review with other departments for updating progress / planning related, schedule updates documenting.
• Responsible for setting up and hold new model meetings.
• Attend customer new model build events and customer meetings to understand concerns and correction planning / timing.
• Presents new model project progress to Engineering Manager each month by documentation and schedule planning, and parts (if available).
• Responsible for Customer TSS & schedule, and ATN event planning documents creation & updates to the customer.
• Hold and support project meetings minimum of two weeks (and/or as needed) before each event.
• Prepares research and make presentations to customers.
• Conducts meetings for in-house concerns / planning requests and supports other new model needs with other departments for updating status / schedules of related items on SAP/NMR’s / Concern lists to achieve smooth new model startup’s.
• Creates parts lists including all items for potential jobs.
• Communicates with customers, vender supplier, and subcontractors as needed.
• Catia analysis of parts design and assembly for creating/updating related customer documents to the programs managing.
